Morgan’s Fruit

As you probably realise, this is no ordinary fruit in syrup. True to our nature, we have tried to explore new avenues. Why should you only enjoy fruit at the end of a meal or as a dessert? We want to experience with taste, come up with new flavours and inspire creative cooking. This is a surprising mixture of sweet and savoury, ideal at the end of a meal with ice cream, or served with fish carpaccio, semi-mature cheeses or barbecued pork.

Percoca peaches with Bourbon vanilla

Percoca peaches come from the Emilia region of Italy. Their satisfying flavour, together with the sweet taste of the Bourbon vanilla, is an experience that blurs the line between the senses, between sweet and savoury, between before, during and after the meal.

Pairing

Percoca peaches are surprisingly delicious when served with fish carpaccio, semi-mature cheeses or barbecued pork. They are also excellent as a dessert, on their own or with ice cream, as they bring the fragrance of summer to your table all year round.

Cherries in light grappa

Cherries in light grappa are the ideal after-dinner treat, either on their own or with ice cream. They also go well with savoury dishes, creating an interesting combination of flavours and textures. The late-season cherries we use in this recipe are grown in Chiampo (Vicenza) by Organizzazione Produttori Ortofrutticoli Veneto which has always supported local produce with a low environmental impact.

Pairing

The cherries can be served with mature and blue cheeses, succulent grilled meat or liver which is seared to keep its sweet flavour.
