A delicious, colourful recipe with a highly appealing mixture of vegetables in large chunks. It is marinated in a flavoursome sweet and sour liquid that is bursting with character. The vegetables are subsequently preserved in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil.
Carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, cauliflowers, fennel, celery, salad onions, red onions, string beans, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, Cervia salt, extra virgin olive oil and organic sunflower oil.

Exceptional with traditional cured meats and fresh and preserved oily fish.

Store it in a cool place away from sources of light. Pasteurized product.
