We follow the changing seasons as we prepare these products, offering our own take on what nature has to offer. In Winter, late harvest radicchio: all product from the Veneto area that’s with us throughout the season, from December to March.
Late harvest radicchio, raspberries, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, Cervia salt, extra virgin olive oil and organic sunflower oil.
How to use it:
Excellent with cured meats, gourmet pizza and baked goods, thinly sliced and grilled steak, mature hard cheese, goat’s milk cheese and taleggio.
How to store it:
Riponilo in un luogo fresco e lontano da fonti di luce. Prodotto pastorizzato.
