The single variety recipes have been created for people who want one type of vegetable in particular. The recipe used in all three cases is the same as that for Morgan’s Giardiniera, so the vegetables are crispy and fresh, with a sweet and sour flavour.
Carrots, water, sugar, white wine vinegar, Cervia salt.
How to use them:
Combine them with traditional cured meats, prosciutto, fresh and preserved oily fish, baked fish such as gilthead bream and turbot, traditional boiled meat, and mixed salads.
How to store them:
Store them in a cool place, away from sources of light. Pasteurized product.
