Red onions from Veneto, capers from Pantelleria, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, Cervia salt, extra virgin olive oil and organic sunflower oil.
How to use them:
Try them with traditional cured meats, durum wheat bread and fresh oily fish. They are also wonderful with seasonal salads and burrata cheese.
How to store them:
Store them in a cool place, away from sources of light. Pasteurized product.
