Our vegetable garden
We have chosen to work in partnership with the “Veneto” Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ Organization, which supplies the ingredients for our products. We share the same philosophy, with a focus on supporting and promoting high-quality fruit and vegetables from the Veneto region, which is a magnificent area of huge environmental significance.
The organization’s growers are mindful and constantly reminded of their role as guardians of the natural balance in the agricultural ecosystem.Therefore, they utilize cultivation techniques that minimize the impact on the environment.The production chain is meticulously organized and monitored in order to ensure that the end consumers receive fresh, healthy products. The “Veneto” Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ Organization has made sustainable horticulture a top priority and its number one objective, which it pursues through constant, widespread training and campaigns to raise awareness.
On this front, it works in partnership with the non-profit World Biodiversity Association Onlus (WBA), which studies and safeguards biodiversity worldwide. Together with the WBA, it has developed new biodiversity monitoring techniques for the soil, water and air on farms, so that farmers can enhance and take control of the quality of the environments in which they live and work.

We have also chosen the short supply chain for the eggs and the mushrooms, just like the other ingredients we use. We trust local producers we know well and who can guarantee the highest quality ingredients every time: Azienda Agricola Agrituristica La Colombara and Azienda Funghi of Costozza.
