Our sauces have been created to be served with boiled meat, but they are so versatile they can literally be paired with anything, depending on your imagination and personal tastes. There are three delicious varieties, each with its own distinctive flavour and colour.

Morgan’s Sauce

A rustic mixture of vegetables with carrots and peppers which give it a pleasant, sweet taste

Pairing

Ideal with boiled pork, barbecued meat and cooked cured meats. Delicious on canapés and with nibbles, fish salads and cooked legumes.

Vegetable Sauce

This sauce is similar to Morgan’s Sauce but contains parsley chlorophyll and green celery, giving it its colour.

Pairing

This sauce can be served with poached beef, hard-boiled eggs, anchovies, white rind cheeses or fresh soft robiola or goat’s cheese.

Anna’s Sauce

Anna’s sauce is a fully handcrafted ristic wrought made with beetrot, carrots, red and yellow bell peppers, cauliflowers, fennel, white onion, celeery, ginger and chili peppers. It’s a versatile and colourful product easy to mix and match.

Pairing

Ideal with boiled capon, chicken, chicken breast, musetto and cotechino boiled sausages and cooked cured meats. Goes brilliantly with sandwiches and gourmet burgers.

Anna’s Sauce
